Are you open on Sundays?

Our office is closed on Sundays, but you can still send us a message at any time. There are no new rates on Sundays or UK bank holidays.

What documents do I need?

A valid photo ID and, when needed, proof of where the money comes from. UK know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering rules require it.

Can you pay tuition or rent directly?

Yes. If you don't have a UK bank account yet, we can pay the university or letting agent directly.

How do I know you're legitimate?
