How receiving money works

  1. 1. Create your account and complete identity checks

Before an order starts, we check your account and your identity documents. We may also need to identify other people involved in the transfer, such as the sender.

  2. 2. Send your supporting documents

We ask for documented, verifiable evidence for each transaction, to show where the money comes from and why it is being sent. The documents we need depend on your circumstances and our risk assessment.

  3. 3. Compliance and risk review

Our compliance team reviews your documents and the transfer before it can go ahead. We may ask for more information, and we cannot accept a transfer that does not meet our requirements.

  4. 4. Approval for your transaction

Once your documents are approved, we confirm the approved amount and the sender and accounts that can be used. The approval applies only to that transaction; if anything changes, we review it again.

  5. 5. Payment instructions

Payment instructions are provided only after compliance approval, and payments must follow them and the conditions of the approval.

  6. 6. Receipt checks and confirmation of receipt

After payment, our team checks and reconciles the receipts and transaction documents. After approval, the order status changes to 'Receipt confirmed', online tracking is activated and documents are stored in your customer panel.

  7. 7. Settlement in pounds in the UK

After the final checks, the pounds are paid into your UK bank account and the order is completed. You receive an official invoice.
